Do I need a deep clean first?
A deep cleaning is generally required prior to regularly scheduled cleaning visits. This is to get the home in the ideal condition for each subsequent cleaning. Exceptions are made for homes already on a cleaning plan or for new homes.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
The majority of our products are eco-friendly and we have eco-friendly substitutions for those that are not - upon request for a totally green clean.
Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?
YES. We provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies needed to get the job done. We ask that you have a toilet brush & kitchen garbage bags.
Are you insured?
Yes. You may rest easy knowing our entire team is covered under general liability insurance & work-man comp.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
It is completely up to you - as long as we are able to access the home.
How much do you charge per hour?
We do not charge by the hour - our pricing is determined based on the size, condition, and level of cleaning wanted of the home.
