This is why we always provide photos of the first cleaning and staging of the season for your rental--for your peace of mind. This also helps us ensure everything is staged to your exact specifications.

Includes taking and sending requested pictures

Individual Request

5-10 photos taken and sent upon request for any reason by owner or property manager
Additional $15 for that cleaning

Ongoing Request

3-5 photos taken and sent after EVERY cleaning
Varying areas photographed each time
$20/month per unit

Reporting Issues and/or Damage

Any damage or maintenance issues discovered will be thoroughly photographed and promptly sent and reported to homeowner or property manager at NO COST EVER.
