1. Our Turnover Scheduling System

We coordinate with your booking platform or schedule to ensure turnover times are met without delays.

2. Pre-Turnover Review & Entry

This helps us immediately report issues to management so there are no surprises at guest check-in.

3. Full Unit Reset Cleaning

  • Remaking beds neatly and consistently

  • Ensuring correct pillows, shams, and decorative placements

We follow your exact property standards for bed presentation.

5. Staging & Final Presentation

This is where your property stands out.
We follow staging guidelines to ensure every unit looks intentional, clean, and guest-ready.

Includes: 
  • Straightening decor

  • Aligning chairs, tables, and seating

  • Fluffing pillows​

  • Folding blankets

  • Ensuring a visibly pleasing layout

6. Quality Check & Photo Verification (Optional)

Before leaving the unit, we perform a brief final inspection to ensure no detail is missed.

Optional photos include:

  • Entire living room 

  • bedroom & bed presentation

  • bathrooms 

  • Kitchen counters & sink

  • Balcony/patio

  • Any issues found

We can message management immediately with photos or concerns — giving you full visibility.
